Return and Exchange Policy

  • Though we endeavor to provide you with the best of all our services, if, in case you are dissatisfied with our service contact us on our WhatsApp no +92 331 3329454 within 48 hours of receiving the order, we will get in touch with you at the earliest to address your concern.
  • After passing 48 hours we will not be able to cater you in regard of return or exchange.
  • For any return request, please contact with the following requirements.
    • Order Number
    • Product Code
    • Reason for returning the product
    • Photo of the product which you intend to return back to us
    • Returns cannot be initiated for the sarees, if the blouse is stitched
  • Incase of minor defect somewhere inside the folds and was left during quality check, we offer price compensation too.
  • As Mentioned, these are imported and mostly hand woven sarees, which may contain minor weaving thread cluster, which cannot be counted in a defect. No return/exchange claim will be entertained on the above mentioned thing.
  • We clearly mention everything including the fabric material, yardage to avoid any confusion. We try our level best to show you the product the best way, it is mentioned everywhere that color may slightly vary due to two tone weaving/brightness setting of the gadget you are using, No refund/exchange will be accepted in case of misunderstanding of the color. To avoid this issue kindly read the written description about the color.
