• Haseen saree by Sidra provides Cash on delivery (COD) service for Karachi only. • To avoid spam/fake orders, we do not offer COD for outside Karachi. • For outside Karachi, we take full advance payment including the shipping charges.

• It takes approx. 4-7 working days to deliver your required product at your door step anywhere in Pakistan. • Deliveries may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, Political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances.

No return/exchange claim will be entertained on the above mentioned thing. • We clearly mention everything including the fabric material, yardage to avoid any confusion. We try our level best to show you the product the best way, it is mentioned everywhere that color may slightly vary due to two tone weaving/brightness setting of the gadget you are using, no refund/exchange will be accepted in case of misunderstanding of the color. To avoid this issue kindly read the written description about the color.
